counselor, Customer Care, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a few Student Counselor or Relationship officer who work closely with students and educators to improve student outcomes and help students succeed . This role requires extensive preparation, including an intership or other supervised work, along with patience and compassion for students dealing with a range of issues and challenges.
∎ Student Counselors provide students with a safe and secure space to talk about their problems and work closely with those students to develop and implement solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Listen to Student Concerns
∎ Mediate and Resolve Conflicts
∎ Receive & make call to the customers.
∎ Maintenance of Visitor Register.
∎ In charge of all front desk operations.
∎ Management of the front desk/reception counters.
∎ Distributing inwards documents received.
∎ Any other responsibility directed by Top Management
∎ Responsible for dispatching courier mails and keeping a record of them.
∎ Responsible for Dispatching of Office stationeries, Inventory and keeping a record of them.
∎ Serving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Basic Computer & E-Documentation Skills
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Friendly, cheerful and helpful.
∎ Should be smart & hard working
∎ Good social and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to store and record information accurately.
∎ Ability to handle multi-tasking & prioritize the work.
∎ Good written and oral communication skills in English.
