∎ Counselling, Visa application, University application, Education Counselling, Education Marketing, Sales & Marketing Counsellors should have industry related accreditation or certificates like CCEA, PIER, British council certification or related.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a competitive environment Should be high ambitious, target achievers and goal oriented.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Willingness to take responsibilities as well as challenges with commitment and honesty.
∎ Candidate must be handy in terms of using computer.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Context: We are looking for a diligent and organized Student Visa Counsel Executive to join our Hazera Education Consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing student admissions, handling data collection, overseeing fees, coordinating with teachers, scheduling classes, and maintaining the overall operation of the center.Who have no experience in this field (Student Visa Processing/ Education Consultancy Service), please do not apply. Responsibilities: - Providing Education Counselling to students and guardians for study abroad.- Provide them information about Universities/Colleges, Course/Fees, Admissions, Visa procedures etc.Maintain regular contact with our offices in other countries. - Regular follow-ups with potential students/guardians Researching different university websites and finding the best options for students.- Responding to online and offline queries, emails, phone calls, etc.- Keeping regular contact with overseas universities and colleges- Provide daily, Weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting about all operational activities.- Processing student visa applications based on entry requirements and admissions procedures and enhance their chances of success in interviews by developing their skills.- SOP writing Instruction & Team Leading sometimes Overseeing staff training and development, as well as performing regular team-building exercises and performance reviews.- Preparing applications for admission into different foreign universities Perform any task assigned by the management.

∎ Attractive Sales Commissions (Above the usual in industry).
∎ T/A (As per policy), Mobile bill (Fixed). We have office land phones to call.
∎ Lunch Facilities: NO, but the quality lunch is organized in a very low rate.
∎ Salary Review: Yearly (Usually in December).
∎ Festival Bonus: Once, A Month’s Gross Salary, or Twice, Half a Month’s Gross Salary.
