Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide counseling, guidance, and business development support.
∎ Advise students on various career options and provide accurate information regarding relevant courses and related topics.
∎ Handle administrative tasks related to calls, including managing complaints, inquiries, service requests, and other related duties.
∎ Take on new assignments based on the company’s evolving needs and perform any additional tasks as required.
∎ Offer information on admission and visa procedures for various countries, as per the company’s requirements.
∎ Manage admission applications and maintain accurate records.
∎ Communicate with international institutions and handle correspondence.
∎ Engage with clients via social media platforms and maintain data for marketing purposes. Additionally, create promotional videos as needed.
