∎ • Content Creation: Develop engaging video content tailored for various platforms to enhance our digital presence.
∎ • Social Media Management: Oversee our social media accounts, including content creation, audience engagement, and analytics monitoring.
∎ • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and relationship management.
∎ • Schedule and Financial Coordination: Keep track of daily class schedules and ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
∎ • Customer Service: Deliver comprehensive customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
∎ • Sales and Persuasion: Persuade potential customers by effectively presenting our courses and drive sales through convincing strategies.
