Additional Requirements Age 25 to 35 years Responsibilities & Context Key Job Responsibilities Counsel students on study abroad options based on academic background, budget, and career goals Provide detailed guidance on country, university, course, and intake selection Explain student visa requirements, rules, and procedures for different countries Collect, verify, and organize student documents (academic records, financials, SOP, LORs, passports, etc.) Prepare and review visa application files to ensure accuracy and completeness Assist students in drafting and refining Statement of Purpose (SOP) and other required documents Coordinate with universities, embassies, and visa consultants when required Track application and visa status and provide regular updates to students Prepare students for visa interviews (mock interviews, FAQs, documentation guidance) Ensure compliance with immigration laws, embassy guidelines, and deadlines Maintain proper student records and CRM/database updates Handle student queries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings Achieve admission and visa success targets while maintaining service quality
