Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deal with prospective students and families, providing program and admission information and completing the admission process.
∎ Coordinate interviews and assessments with center administrators.
∎ Maintain accurate applicant records and stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
∎ Provide ongoing guidance and support to students throughout the admission process.
∎ Offer education counseling in person and over the phone.
∎ Engage the students in their desired program and coordinate with the Teacher.
∎ Be adaptable and take on additional responsibilities as needed for the center's smooth operation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Student Counsellor/Admission Officer in any reputed institute.
∎ The applicant should have experience in the Admissions Process and Knowledge of Educational Programs/Technical courses.
∎ Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
∎ Knowledge of relevant computer programs (CRM Software), Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and telephone systems
