Job Context:
∎ Bio Properties Limited is recruiting competent Civil Engineer(s) for Design & Drawing, Safety Assessments, Retrofitting Design and Supervision.
∎ Job Location: Head Office, House # B-122, Road # 21, New DOHS, Mohakhali, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Structural Design of Residential, Commercial and Industrial Buildings as per BNBC 2020 guidelines.
∎ Structural Design of different structures of real estate sector.
∎ Detailed Construction Drawing Preparation as per BNBC guidelines.
∎ Detail Engineering Assessment of multi-storied RCC & Prefabricated Steel Buildings (Residential, Commercial & Industrial) as per NTPA/BNBC 2006/2020/ACI/ASCE 31/ASCE 41 guidelines.
∎ Under-construction and ongoing retrofitting site supervision.
∎ Responsible for comprehensive project plan formulation and updating as necessary for timely project completion, scheduling, cost control, being in constant synchronization with coordinators, maintaining liaison with sub-contractors, suppliers or any other entity involved in the project and keeping record of progress.
∎ Preparation of BOQ Estimation of multi-storied RCC & Steel Shed Buildings, rate analysis, building layout, bar bending schedule, contractors bills verification etc.
∎ Identifying dependencies and obstacles of tasks and projects & resolving them to ensure smooth progression & completion.
∎ Building structures based on technical specifications. Tracking project progress and reporting on results and choosing appropriate materials to ensure durability.
∎ Project development and leadership skills are essential.
∎ Communication & good inter-personal skill to work effectively & efficiently in a team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, ETABS, MS OFFICE, Staad Pro and required software.
∎ At least 8-10 year(s); must be RAJUK enlisted.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Detail Engineering Assessment, Structural Design & Drawing.
