Job Context:
∎ Academic background from Public University will be preferable.
∎ Coordination work with structural drawing & design.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing configurations of the basic structural components of a building or other structure;
∎ Calculating the pressures stresses and strains that each component, such as a beam or lintel, will experience from other parts of the structure due to human use or environmental pressures such as weather or earthquakes;
∎ Considering the strength of various materials, e.g. timber, concrete, steel and brick, to see how their inclusion may necessitate a change of structural design;
∎ Liaising with other designers, including architects, to agree on safe designs and their fit with the aesthetic concept of the construction;
∎ Applying expert knowledge of the forces that act on various structures;
∎ Analysis and Design high rise RCC structures (Foundation, Super structure);
∎ Perform modification design as required site condition;
∎ Prepares Schematic drawings, sketches, and reports to reflect changes or alteration made in architectural and electromechanical demand;
∎ Inspect the different sites before casting on behalf of Design Development Department and evaluate the findings and report to the Management and assist the project engineer how to complete the work;
∎ Use computers and computer-aided design (CAD) technology for simulation purposes;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have sound knowledge on estimation of R.C.C materials, cost analysis, Prepared of Quotation & Drawing.
∎ Hard-working, ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
∎ Ready to work under stress & pressure.
