∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PMP

∎ 16 to 25 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sets up and manages all highway roads, bridges, and structural aspects of the construction with respect to adherence to the design criteria and required standards.
∎ Coordinates the construction issues for assigned construction works to maintain the overall construction schedule, and alerts senior management of potential delays.
∎ Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations.
∎ Assists in reviewing drawings, design proposals, method statements, and other activities.
∎ Participates in all health and safety issues at site, as required by the construction management team, and the project safety representatives.
∎ Develops the scope of engineering work, schedules, and budgets for the assigned project elements, monitoring progress to maintain those schedules and budgets.
∎ Prepares technical reports, project manuals, and documentation of activity for the project management.
∎ Gives practical advice on constructional matters.
∎ Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Structural Engineering or related discipline.
∎ At least 16 years of relevant experience in construction supervision of infrastructure projects with extensive bridge and highway works.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
∎ Must be able to read and interpret construction specifications and be thoroughly familiar with construction-related processes related to the area of assignment.
