∎ BUET/KUET/RUET/CUET Students will get preference

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have knowledge on all kinds of Foundation design.
∎ Good speed on AutoCAD drafting.
∎ Sound software knowledge of ETABS, SAFE, AUTOCAD.
∎ Good Knowledge about prepare ETABS model for RCC building design and analysis and make hand calculation for structural design.
∎ Project site visit to anywhere in the country if needed.
∎ Drafting of all structural drawing.
∎ Good knowledge on BNBC-2020
∎ Report writing skill on English
∎ Language Skill: Both Bangla and English

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Next Door Consultant Ltd. is seeking an efficient Architect or Interior Architect possessing comprehensive knowledge of architectural design, interior design, and 3D modelling, including rendering skills.

∎ Festival Bonus will be 30-50% of gross salary After probation period of 6 Months. (Applicable after confirmation period)
