∎ B.Com with 03 years of work experience in similar job in reputed Real Estate Company.
∎ [H.S.C with more than 05 years of work experience in similar position may also apply]

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Purchase/ Procurement, Store/ inventory, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for the entire activities of the store
∎ Count and measure goods received/ issued from Store.
∎ Stock materials according to a prescribed inventory system.
∎ Maintain all receivable & issue document properly.
∎ Assist in Purchase.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in material log in & log out, Stock Tally.
∎ Mental & physical ability to work & reside in construction site.
∎ Good communication skill.

Salary: Negotiable
