Educational Requirements:
∎ B.A/ B.Com from any reported university or institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain proper records, receive stores, prepare product lists for items to be sold or purchased.
∎ To initiate purchase requisitions for the renouncement of stock of all regular stores items whenever the stock level of any item of store will approach minimum limit fixed.
∎ To issue materials only in required quantities against Authorized requisition notes.
∎ To check the book balance, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal control over wrong issues, pilferage, etc.
∎ Prepare inventory plan based on the basis of online Tally Software. Accordingly forecast and raise materials requisition.
∎ Prepare daily & monthly stock report regularly in excel sheet.
∎ To ensure Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt material and issue a QC report to the concern department and finally issue a M.R.R
∎ To ensure order assembly and dispatch of goods to production
∎ Keeping stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy;
∎ Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;
∎ To exercise general control over all activities in Stores Department
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants must have experience in Microsoft Office Application (MS Word, MS Excel, ERP Tally and others Software)
∎ Knowledge on Tally Inventory Software Version: ERP 9 will be given advantage.
∎ Applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Spinning / Textiles / Garments
