Educational Requirements:
∎ Honours/ Masters in any Discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and establish store policy & SOP and review within particular time period.
∎ Maintain proper records, receive stores, tags and track surplus materials.
∎ Maintain store ledgers properly.
∎ Prepare monthly stock-report regularly.
∎ Maintain inventory of store by using Modern Inventory Management Software.
∎ Prepare reports of stockroom condition and activity.
∎ Ensure all receive and Distribution of Store materials are properly documented and released.
∎ Conduct Audit to ensure that Accessories keeping to similarity with Store Ledger, software, physical stock & bin card.
∎ Prepared purchase requisition & time to time follow-up purchase department.
∎ Train and develop subordinates, provide appropriate coaching, guidance and supervision to subordinates, and complete annual performance evaluations.
∎ Responsible for duties as assigned, relating to internal controls, and including safe-guarding of company assets, reliability of stores financial information, and compliance with Company policies and procedures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Those are less than three years could be applied but an experience is mandatory for this post.
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience as a storekeeper, material management, storage, issue and spare parts handling.
∎ Computer literacy is mandatory proficiency in MS OFFICE, MS Excel is desirable.
∎ Extremely accurate in the maintenance of records and in preparing and submitting reports.
∎ Knowledge about Jute Industries, Jute products & Equipment's.
∎ Ability to work co-operatively with other departments to determine their requirements and needs.
