∎ Must have working experience in the field of Pharmaceuticals.
∎ Candidates who have no experience in pharmaceuticals field, don’t need to apply.
∎ Good Communications Skills both Bengali and English. Computer Skill in MS-Office & Internet based Application.
∎ Good knowledge in GMP.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To accomplish overall monitoring and proper management of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials & Finished Products as per Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
∎ Maintain accurate records of stock movements, including receipts, dispatches, and returns.
∎ Manage the segregation, classification of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products for proper storage and handling practices as per GMP compliance.
∎ Maintaining status label where needed.
∎ To ensure proper receiving, storage and handling of raw materials, packaging materials & finished goods.
∎ Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
∎ Receive raw materials as per Challan and other documents and recorded in the Material Received Record (MRR) and Material Receiving Register Book.
∎ Checking stock condition of raw materials, packing materials and inform production and commercial department accordingly.
∎ Manage stock rotation to ensure the proper handling of expiry dates and reduce waste.
∎ To prepare and submit monthly consumption statement of raw materials & packaging materials and delivery statement of finished product and update daily stock reports.
∎ Preparation and implementation of SOP's related to RM, PM & FP store. Checking of expiry date / retest date of raw material according to the QC department and generate sampling request for retest of raw materials.
∎ Ensure all pharmaceutical products are stored and handled according to industry regulations and company policies.
∎ Maintain compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
∎ Generate and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making and ensure data integrity.
∎ To conduct in the DGDA Inspection or other internal or external inspection.
∎ Monitoring the temperature & relative humidity in raw material Warehouse & record it.
∎ Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and safety protocols.
∎ Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
∎ Oversee routine maintenance of warehouse equipment and report any issues.
∎ Job Location: Factory - West Tengra, Sarulia, Demra, Dhaka.
