Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels, update records, and prevent shortages or overstocking.
∎ Receiving & Issuing Goods: Verify deliveries, inspect materials, and issue items as needed.
∎ Stock Control: Organize products properly and maintain an efficient storage system.
∎ Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of stock movements.
∎ Compliance & Safety: Ensure proper handling, labeling, and safety regulations are followed.
∎ Reporting: Prepare stock reports and communicate with supervisor about inventory status.
