Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Entirely responsible for the overall operation of the factory store.
∎ Fully responsible of Inventory control & material administration.
∎ Manage and maintain accurate records of receive and issue of all materials. Inventory taking, quality checking as per the procedure.
∎ Responsible for issue, receipts, documentation, warehousing, inventory, stocking and making computerized entries for the related items.
∎ Keep track of physical stock and tally with computer records.
∎ Delivery of goods and distribution of store materials as per requisition.
∎ Supervise all store operational issues and uphold the safety of the storehouse with proper compliance.
∎ Follow up and lead all store personnel for the smooth functioning of store dept.
∎ Ensure minimum stock level
∎ Monitor and maintain all required records, register, ledger
∎ Preparing the monthly stock report and send it to the concern department.
∎ Perform any task given by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Good knowledge & skills in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel), any other related software (Tally, Inventory software etc.)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Inventory/ Store Management, Quality Control/ Audit
∎ Should have strong interpersonal skills and leadership quality.
∎ Must be self-motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Must be honest, sincere and professional in the duties.
Salary: Negotiable
