Job Context:
∎ Job Summary:
∎ The candidate must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals. In addition to being, an excellent communicator, he or she should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
∎ Kendrio Krishok Maitree (KKM)- a farmer`s organization of Bangladesh- is looking for a professional and customer service-oriented Store Manager to oversee daily operations at it store/outlet in Gulshan, Dhaka called Aaurhi, supported by ActionAid Bangladesh and Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs under POWER Project. As a Store Manager, he/she will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store. His/her duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies and improve sales.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the daily operations of outlet for efficient operations.
∎ Plan and implementation of cost-effective sourcing of quality products and keep close contact with producers
∎ Supervising Inventory and sales and order new item
∎ Obtain customer feedbacks and recommend necessary outlet operational changes.
∎ Organize regular meetings between consumers and producers.
∎ Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
∎ Organize special events and entertainments to attract more customers.
∎ Coordination with KKM and ActionAid Bangladesh regarding smooth operation of outlet.
∎ Preparing periodic sales, revenue and other necessary reports
∎ Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
∎ Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
∎ Hire, train, and oversee new staff.
∎ Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner for high level customer satisfaction.
∎ Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
∎ Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
∎ Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.

Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 01-year experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.
∎ Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
∎ Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
∎ Good communication in Bangla and English and interpersonal skills.

Salary:
∎ Monthly Gross Salary will be 25,000/- with festival bonus (equivalent to one month`s gross salary) etc.
