Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing employee duty schedules, deploying manpower and monitor performance;
∎ Checking all store documents, finalizing, signing and taking approval from authority;
∎ Prepare general items QC & MRR with store kardex posting;
∎ Coordinating, monitoring and reporting to the line manger on daily and upcoming operations;
∎ Monitoring and maintaining optimum level of store inventory;
∎ Ensuring the store environment complies with health and safety regulations; Maintaining a clean, organized and pleasing store front;
∎ Ensuring departmental policies and procedures are followed;
∎ Any other tasks as and when requested by the line Manager.
