Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Store Manager for a Leading FMCG Manufacturing Companies in Bangladesh to lead Store Team.
∎ Job Location: Gazipur Factory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reviewing GRN and if correction is necessary with ERP Software
∎ To work with software based Inventory Management
∎ Maintaining inventory, stack goods in proper place in safe way.
∎ Quick receiving of Raw, Packing and other materials with data input in ERP and communicate to respective Person and other related concerns.
∎ Collecting Materials list with actual consumptions and goods Receiving and issuing accordingly and documenting in proper way.
∎ Ensure Man-hour consumption report & control worker overtime.
∎ Direct & control all store staff to ensure that they are properly motivated, trained & developed accordance with health, safety & hygiene standard.
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace
∎ Develops and implements manpower plans (i.e. shifts) to maximize employees efficiency
∎ To run the store activities smoothly, he will coordinate with Production, store, delivery, Engineer, security HR /Admin department.
∎ He will recommend all leave applications of store section personnel
∎ Place requisition of required materials for production on daily/weekly/monthly basis to Supply chain Dept.
∎ He will propose for confirmation & annual performance appraisal report of all store personnel of Rani Food Industries Ltd.
∎ He will take necessary step to delivery products as per the requirement of the marketing department.
∎ Ensure quality of products as per the company standard with cost effective manner.
∎ Analyzing consumption and maintain minimum level for planning reorder.
∎ Inward checking of every item.
∎ Strongly follow up with suppliers for receiving goods.
∎ Organize and control team efficiently.
∎ Preparation of PR against approved SR
∎ Preparation MRR (GRN in ERP) for the assurance of proper quality arranging by QC department
∎ Maintain store ledger and keep it update all the time.
∎ Maintain minimum stock level for all items.
∎ Prepared monthly stock statement and send it to Head office timely.
∎ Ensure timely Issue of requested materials to the concerned departments.
∎ Update the Inventory database on regular basis (every Month)
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10-year(s) Experience in related field including minimum 05 years' experience Store Manager Position in any renowned National/MNC Group of company.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Store FMCG Food (Biscuits, Cake, Chips, Spices, and Candi etc.)
∎ Minimum 10 years working experience in FMCG Food (Biscuits, Cakes, Chips, Spices or similar products.) Including minimum 06 years' experience Store Manager.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): FMCG, Food (preferably biscuits Chips, Spices or similar products).
∎ Sound knowledge in computer, MS Office program especially in MS Excel.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good team player, well-organized.
∎ The Ideal Candidate should have minimum 06 years relevant practical Store Manager Position experience.
