∎ Skills Required: Accountant, Management, Store, Store Officer, Store/ inventory
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3 to 5 years experience in Accounting related field., Accountant, Management, Office Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Livestock, Retail Store, Super store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing accounts-related reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
∎ Responsible for wastage receive, delivery & stock maintain
∎ Stock the materials in a proper manner in the appropriate location code number wise and category wise
∎ Issue store materials as per requirements;
∎ Responsible for wastage receive, delivery & stock maintain

∎ Carry out periodical physical verification and assess the stock position
∎ Prepare purchase order and submit for the signature of manager and send to management.
∎ Ensure proper delivery of products and update stock on regular basis.
∎ Ensure store reconciliation is timely & properly for smooth operation
∎ Maintain, updating and monitoring daily all types of store-related register report/record
∎ Ensure proper delivery of products and update stock on regular basis.
∎ Taking physical inventory once a month to cross-check with the monthly inventory report.
∎ Create item-specific forecasts over a lead-time to be used for effective and efficient inventory management.
∎ To ensure daily/weekly stock reports.
∎ Any other task assigns by the management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 years experience in similar field
∎ Army personnel will be given priority.
∎ Must have the mentality to work from the factory.
Salary: Negotiable
