Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Insurance of VAT challan (Musok 11) to release loaded truck/transport and keeping VAT Books (Musok 16, Musok 17).
∎ Daily physical stock verification of all incoming raw materials, feed premix etc.
∎ Receiving all ordering materials as per specification through proper checking. Issuance of all raw materials to the production department according to store requisition.
∎ Planning, and maintaining the optimum level of inventory. Must ensure the sufficient inventory is available at the store to avoid being "out of stock".
∎ Safety, security, environmental protection and security of men and materials.
∎ Products identification in the racks, receipts of material and storing those to facilitate optimum Supply Chain Management.
∎ Ensure FIFO system is followed when issuance of materials and BIN card is maintained accurately and correctly on a daily basis and hanging out from the racks or goods.
∎ To prepare MRR, GRN, on time & conduct monthly physical inventory & reconciliation.

∎ Has to be dedicated and hard working.
