Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive, distribute and maintain adequate quantities of stocks at all times;
∎ Maintain and monitor store inventory;
∎ Need to maintain various types of medicine stock.
∎ Maintain log book and other documents of the store and keep them updated regularly;
∎ Prepare stock report on daily/monthly/quarterly basis;
∎ Inform the purchase department well in advance about the items that reach the re- order level to order from suppliers
∎ Review physical inventories periodically;
∎ Maintain stock and consumption records;
∎ Check incoming materials for quality, and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents;
∎ Make clear notes on the receipt of the items against each invoice;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have experience in pharmacy store department;
∎ Must be capable enough to identify various medicine and maintain the stock accordingly;
∎ Sound Knowledge about : MS office, Inventory software management, ERP Inventory management software.
∎ Must have experience in medicine inventory management.
Salary: Negotiable
