Job Context:
∎ Netcom Trade International is one of the leading trading company and dealing with import orientated medical surgical items. We are looking for Store Keeper who has practical experience as store keeper in import orientated medical surgical product. The person has no experience in related field need not to apply.
∎ Workplace: Work at office (Shaymoli, Dhaka)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, direct, manage and evaluate the inventory management activities and budget of the company.
∎ Develop and communicate inventory management policies and procedures. Supervise all types of inventory; follow up incoming & delivery or dispatch of them.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and inventory movement using manual or computerized inventory systems.
∎ Review compiled inventory reports (quantity, type and value of materials, and equipment and stock on hand).
∎ Concern with other department management and staff to coordinate inventory management activities. Conduct periodic audit to resolve day to day complaints and adjustments.
∎ Planning, Supervising & monitoring all sorts of warehouse related activities to ensure the material delivery on time.
∎ Lead the warehouse team for effective management of store operation in inspection, storage, issuance & transfer of items as per company policy.
∎ Ensuring safe keeping of materials as to quality and quantity;
∎ Monitoring on maximum stock limit so that unnecessary purchase can be avoided;
∎ Checking and receiving of materials purchased;
∎ arranging for the storage in appropriate place;
∎ Goods delivery schedule maintain according to delivery order qty.
∎ Ensure proper delivery of products and update stock on regular basis.
∎ Any other task as assign by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 36 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Inventory/ Store Management, Store keeping
∎ Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Google Docs.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure, energetic & self-confident.
Salary: Negotiable
