Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring chemical stock level as per Requirement.
∎ Preparing purchase requisition for insufficient stock.
∎ Maintaining consumption list periodically (1month/
∎ Co-ordination with the relevant section for necessary testing and report collection.
∎ Ensuring to maintain the check list at the time of receiving any consignment such as (manufacturing date/expiry date/pictogram availability based on hazardous/non hazardous notifications.
∎ Maintaining a database on receiving Complain (If any) and communicate to supplier through procurement department.
∎ Collecting MSDS in terms of any new item.
∎ Maintaining lot wise COA report for each & every consignment.
∎ Making G.R.N.
∎ Ensuring pictogram for each and every items.
∎ Ensuring the stock keeping as per the "Compatibility Chart"
∎ Maintain the data of Dyes & Chemical lifetime cycle and take management approval for disposal prior to expiry date (if any).
∎ Keep all the Dyes & Chemical in the store according to the Compliance requirement.
∎ Chemical Issue to the production and make the Issue Note.
∎ Daily stock count maintaining and keep the stock use record.
∎ Overall monitoring & managing the Dyes & Chemical store.
∎ Maintaining Loan requisition, Loan settlement and Loan pending statement
∎ And any other work assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 year(s) work experience in Chemical Stores.
∎ Candidates should have knowledge about Garment Accessories industry;
∎ Excellent communication skill both English & Bengali;
∎ Must have basic computer skill, Ms Word, Ms Excel, E mail etc.
∎ Positive professional attitude & self motivated;
∎ Able to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
