∎ Prior experience in the hospital sector or related fields, with proficiency in managing medical equipment, is highly preferred.
∎ Prior experience in hospital or healthcare inventory management is preferred.
∎ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
∎ Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock and supplies.
∎ Maintain accurate records of stock levels, transfers, and distributions.
∎ Conduct regular stock checks and audits to prevent discrepancies.
∎ Ensure proper storage conditions for different types of materials.
∎ Maintain an organized storage system for easy retrieval.
∎ Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions when required.
∎ Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) methods.
∎ Minimize wastage and ensure expiration tracking of medical supplies.
∎ Maintain stock registers and digital inventory systems.
∎ Prepare and submit regular reports on stock movement, shortages, and surplus.
∎ Coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment of items.
∎ Keep the storage area clean, organized, and secure.
∎ Supervise and guide junior store staff if applicable.
∎ Participate in hospital meetings and training programs as required.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
