∎ H.S.C. / Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Main Responsibilities of this position is ensure materials accurate storage including materials quality, Issuance material, materials wastage control, materials supervision, store and deliver all materials as per requisition of ECO Stainless Steel Limited-Factory.
∎ Prepare "Inventory Report" at the end of every month and submit to Head Office
∎ Receiving materials after proper measurement compared to material requisition. Effective checking of material's quality & quantity at the time of consignment
∎ Entry to the software/Maintain softcopy as well as hardcopy of all the materials after delivery & distribution according to the requisition
∎ Maintain appropriate documentation process of every phase of material receiving, storage & disbursement
∎ Need to check and entry to the register following:
∎ Materials Purchase Requisition (MPR), Materials Receiving Report (MRR)
∎ Materials Issue Slips (MIS), Materials Transfer Challan (MTC)
∎ Gate Pass
∎ Transfer Materials Receiving Report (TMRR)
∎ Materials Transfer Requisition Form & Regular check and update stock ledger
∎ Maintain site inventory and prepare inventory report
∎ Any other Store & inventory related task that management requires.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ SS Pipe Industry, Inventory/Warehouse preferable.
