∎ The storekeeper will report to the head of Procurement and work in coordination with the other designated departments.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Real Estate Background Mandatory.
∎ Don't apply if you are not from Real Estate Background.
∎ Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
∎ Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
∎ Perform other stock-related duties, including returning.
∎ Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
∎ Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
∎ Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
∎ Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs
∎ Receive the goods from suppliers and check whether they meet the requirements mentioned in the purchase order
∎ Ensure that the materials are stored safely
∎ To follow-up overall inventory management.
∎ Taking physical inventory once a month to cross check with the monthly inventory report.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Real Estate Background Mandatory.
∎ Don't apply if you are not from Real Estate Background.
∎ Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
∎ Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment
∎ Analytical mind with the ability to make accurate mathematical computations
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
∎ Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
∎ At least 1-3 years' experience in any reputed real estate company or construction company.

∎ Negotiable
∎ As per company service rules all kinds of Administrative facilities to be ensured.
