Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner
∎ Speak with guests and staff using clear and professional language
∎ To exercise effective listening to capture relevant information and provide a premium experience for the guest
∎ Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries.
∎ Actively listen to and resolve complaints
∎ Must have effective communication and computer skills.
∎ A clear understanding of the hotel's business strategies then set goals and determine action plans to meet those goals.
∎ Update All Stock Register Daily Based Activities.
∎ Report to Senior Officer Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly Of all Stock Register Info by Written.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hotel booking, Hotel Management, Hotel Sales, Tally Software.
∎ 1 to 2 years' experience in sales and marketing or related professional area.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly

∎ Office will provide accomodation & Meal.
