Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Any professional degree of SCM will considered as a additional qualification

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain monthly requirement check, discussion with all departments, planning and indent prepare as per standard procedures.
∎ Plan, monitor and control the inventory management.
∎ Maintain FIFO/LIFO for materials movements in compliance with ISO standard.
∎ Maintain, update and monitor all types of store related register report/record by using tally software on daily basis.
∎ Ensure store reconciliation timely & properly for smooth operations.
∎ Maintain re-order level & minimum stock level for the smooth and effective functioning of the store.
∎ Get policies & procedures formed & reviewed time to time.
∎ Maintain workplace and warehouse in a neat, clean and orderly condition.
∎ Identify the areas of improvement and cost savings and take initiatives to improve efficiency and control cost.
∎ Ensure safety of all store employees and assist them accordingly.
∎ Ensure housekeeping of the store as per 5S guideline.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on ERP Management, ISO 9001-2015, MS Office etc.
∎ knowledge on 5S, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) at work place

Salary: Negotiable
