Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline with a good academic track record. MBS/ MBA Preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper storage of all Raw Materials
∎ Maintaining BIN Card
∎ Maintaining inventory records and documentations for inflow and outflow of materials.
∎ Receiving raw materials as per challan & recording to the register/ledger
∎ Ensure timely issuance of raw materials to production floor as per approved requisition of section in charge and control store Inventory properly
∎ Maintaining all required records, register/ledger & computer reports of the store as well as inventory of stock materials.
∎ Check and maintain the daily receiving, issuing reports (section wise) and all other documents related with materials movement of the store
∎ Preparing the monthly stock report (Raw materials, WIP, Finished Goods) and send it to the concern department
∎ Preserve all transaction documents (Challan, GRN, Requisition etc.) and records
∎ Ensure the cleanliness and security of the store.
∎ He will be responsible for the stock showed in the register
∎ Ensure housekeeping of the store as per 5S guideline
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates having experience in the in the store department at any Transformer, Electrical goods manufacturing company will get preference
∎ Knowledge of modern inventory management system and inventory software
∎ Good computer skills specially in MS Word, Excel
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Computer literacy is must.
∎ If you don't have experience in store management need not to apply.
