Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters in Accounting/Management from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all records such as requisitions, voucher, receipts are filed and stored properly
∎ Prepare action plan and assigned duty to office or administrative staff and follow up accordingly
∎ Making proper requirements and ensure availability of all item as per necessity of production and others department
∎ Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective measures
∎ Must have knowledge on standard concepts and best practices in a storeroom or warehouse environment
∎ Collaborate with security personnel to assess risks to mitigate potential consequences of incidents and develop a plan to respond to incidents
∎ Conduct physical inventory of all item/property to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations
∎ Responsible to ensure the quality, quantity and other specifications of all receivable items
∎ Must have sound knowledge on product storage/racking
∎ Ensure all requisitions from different department are signed by concerned Departmental heads
∎ Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches
∎ Ensure the cleanliness and other compliance in store area
∎ Compile all requisitions on daily basis and update inventory management software/system accordingly
∎ Making SOP for store management and implement accordingly
∎ Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Smart, Brilliant and self-confident candidates with sound track record
∎ Must have sound communication and interpersonal skill as well as strong negotiation skill
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office package (Word/Excel) and ERP
∎ Candidates having experience in following manufacturing area will get preference: Electrical Switch/ Socket/Accessories/Lighting, Large Manufacturing Base

Salary: Negotiable
