Job Responsibilities:
∎ Over-all responsibility for all day to day activity of the store including - product / materials receipt, stock issue and record maintenance.
∎ Prepare Comprehensive Delivery Plans Reports
∎ Ensure proper Storage of finished goods and raw materials in coordination with store & production department.
∎ Submit a Monthly Delivery & Stock report to Department Head.
∎ Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
∎ Responsible for maintaining daily receive and the issue of materials (Accessories and general store items, etc.) Prepare monthly stock reports and ensure the minimum level of stock positions regularly.
∎ Make monthly ledger purchase requisition and local purchase.
∎ Responsible for the overall operation of the store.
∎ Distribute store materials as per requisition.
∎ Ensure the safety of the store.
∎ Maintain stores as per legal and compliance requirements.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
