Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance and Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance and Management, Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accounting, Finance and Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Delivery and Dispatch Process, ERP, FG and Spare Storage Process, Procurement Process, Raw, Store Management, Tally Software

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create PR (Purchase Requisition) in ERP Software
∎ Preparation of Raw Materials requirements.
∎ Receive the store materials physically according to the challan/packing list.
∎ Make MRR (Material Receipt Report) in the ERP software after QC and proper storing.
∎ Maintain & Monitoring item wise Bin card.
∎ Preserve all transaction documents and records.
∎ Keep all documents and records up-to-date in a systematic way.
∎ Develop, manage and implement recording of the necessary data in ledger on time.
∎ Ensure emergency local purchases.
∎ Maintain monthly inventory and reconciliation.
∎ To ensure warehouse are neat and clean.
∎ To ensure daily/weekly stock report.
∎ Maintain economic order quantity.
∎ Ensure proper consumption report (daily, weekly and monthly basis).
∎ Maintain smooth Re-order level
∎ Implement 5S strategy
∎ Any other task assign by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant from khulna division applicant will be given preference.
∎ Knowledge and practical experiences on store management.
∎ Should have vast knowledge in operating MS Word, MS Excel and other commonly used ERP software.
∎ Good communication skill in both Bengali and English.
∎ Smart and self-motivated.
∎ Honest and high level of integrity
∎ Good interpersonal skill.
∎ Responsible, reliable and able to work as a part of the team.
∎ Ability to work with accuracy under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Personal Qualities:
∎ Act at all times in accordance with the Code of Conduct.
