Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Preferred Diploma/B.Sc in Automobile Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Issue spare parts and lubricants against the regular job cards and Counter Sale.
∎ Prepare monthly spares and lubricant order for submitting to Central Warehouse.
∎ Receive, unload, and shelve supplies.
∎ Prepare list of non-moving and slow-moving items.
∎ Prepare Monthly, Half yearly and annual inventory reports.
∎ Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
∎ Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.
∎ Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
∎ Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses.
∎ Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
∎ Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs.

∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Reporting and quantitative analytical ability.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skill.
∎ Team player and can do attitude.
∎ Strong sense of integrity and commitment of good governance.

Salary: Negotiable
