∎ Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining inventory records and conducting stock counts and regular updates to the management.
∎ Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and other team members.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team when necessary.
∎ Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the garment sector.
∎ Advanced understanding of inventory management principles, stock control procedures, and garment industry practices.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Regularly monitor and control the stock levels for our e-commerce platform, ensuring that inventory levels are sufficient to meet customer demand.
∎ Conduct regular stock counts to verify the accuracy of inventory records and identify any discrepancies.
∎ Update stock records and databases with incoming and outgoing product information in a timely and accurate manner.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure the timely receipt and delivery of products.
∎ Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and take appropriate action to minimize losses.
∎ Implement inventory management best practices to optimize stock levels and minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
∎ Generate reports on stock levels, inventory turnover, and other key performance indicators to management regularly.
∎ Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management and stock control.
∎ Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to facilitate efficient stock management operations.
∎ 6 days/week (8 am – 6 pm)

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in the garments sector and possess strong organizational and analytical skills.
