∎ The statistician will be responsible for effectively managing information, communication and outreach efforts and delivering a high-quality, results-oriented
∎ The statistician will play a key role in monitoring clinical trials to ensure compliance with procedures and protocols. The Clinical research Assistant will document his findings, assist in recording research from trials, and organize large amounts of data.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set up and ensure implementation of clinical data base system by collection of information, data analysis and preparing progress reports in time.
∎ Issues based and outcome monitoring data collection, data entry and assist to analyze, prepare monitoring reports (with observation & recommendation) and share with concerned personnel.
∎ Clinical researchers are responsible for ensuring these trials are conducted in an ethical manner whilst following good clinical practice and ensuring all team members are compliant with strict rules and regulations. They are required to diligently handle documents and materials in a safe and secure manner.
∎ Work responsibilities can include coordinating a clinical research study by identifying patients, tracking inventory, interacting with patients, collecting data, and overseeing protocols. Clinical research analysts may also act as liaisons between supervising physicians and other medical staff such as nurses. Some employers also call upon analysts to act as the primary financial person on the clinical study.
∎ A research associate has responsibilities in gathering data from primary and secondary sources of information, organizing and analyzing this material, and preparing writ report to superiors
∎ Monitor clinical trials and take notes on activities
∎ Ensure compliance with all clinical trial protocols
∎ Enter clinical research data into appropriate fields
∎ Transfer data from paper formats via computer, recorders, or scanners
∎ Organize spreadsheets with large numbers
∎ Curate data directly from clinical research
∎ Oversee clinical site activities
∎ Ensure systematic quality checking of MIS and monitoring information, update beneficiary's profile, data collection, and prepare qualitative case study.
∎ Conduct different small scale Research, Baseline & End-line and lessons learn survey, and preparing reports.
∎ Monitoring findings sharing with DECH team in coordination and progress review meeting.
∎ Specific incident investigation, prepare report and share with concerned persons and with management.
∎ Ensure that best practices in Monitoring Evaluation are integrated.
∎ Implement/support project activities according to individual work plan and building on project set objectives.
∎ Organize and/or participate actively in regular team meetings.
∎ Any other relevant assignments deemed necessary for DECH Senior Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ M&E techniques and processes
∎ Data collection and management, Analytical and research skills
∎ Good command over report writing in English
∎ Good interpersonal skills
∎ Excellent computer knowledge on MS word, Excel, Power point, E-mail etc.
