Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead & supervise all airport staff members for ensuring smooth flight operations
∎ Ensure implementation of SOP as per requirement
∎ OTP-Ensure TGT's achieved.
∎ Manage / Develop a confident team.
∎ Maintain /development cordial relationship with all concerned agencies.
∎ Develop good rapport with the principle & meet all deadlines
∎ Ships bag closing and OCS handling.
∎ Errorless Passengers check-in.
∎ Crew / VIP / CIP coordination upon arrival and departure.
∎ Coordination with BG (GHA) all concern department for check-in purpose.
∎ Organize and attend boarding gate.
∎ Post flight document / statement preparation and send to different departments.
∎ Daily handling of all lost baggage related matters locally & with H/O.
∎ Monthly statement preparation i.e. FATT / OW / Flight Allowance / Stationery statement etc.
∎ Other assigned work as and when required by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 years' experience in airline industry with 2 years as Team Head or management level
∎ Experience on altea environment & baggage management
∎ Excellent communication skill, leadership ability and self-motivated
