Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Midwifery in Nursing
∎ B.Sc/ Diploma in Nursing
∎ Registered with Bangladesh Nursing Council with a valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
∎ BMDC Registration Compulsory

∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Professional nursing care to patients;
∎ Direct supervision and coordination of the activities in the allocated unit/ward, in line with the Policies and Procedures of Nursing Services;
∎ Responsible to keep Unit Manager informed of any incidents or reportable situations that need nursing administrative involvement;
∎ Informs Unit Manager when change occurs in circumstances that affect standards of care;
∎ Provides individualized holistic care to patients using the Nursing Process approach with proper nursing documentation in patients files and that it is contemporaneous;
∎ Reports all abnormal findings and progress of patients to the relevant doctors/consultants;
∎ Acts on behalf of the Unit Manager in setting standards and expectations in the quality of care;
∎ Ensure charges of equipment/consumable items into patient's charges accordingly and checked for completeness;
∎ Assists the Unit Manager in keeping accurate records of equipment, medical supplies and drugs in the unit/ward;
∎ Assists in the maintenance of instruments and equipment.
∎ Equipment proper cleaning, handling, disinfect and utilizing as directed.
∎ Any task assigned by Management.

∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to write and communicate fluently in Bengali and English language;
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
∎ Caring, honest and responsible worker;
∎ Willingness to work on scheduled hours, shift, and weekends, public holidays, on-call and anytime when called during emergency;
∎ Microsoft office literacy.
