Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ MBA/M.Com/Masters of relevant discipline with adequate knowledge in HR & Admin of any group of industries/companies.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General Administration, General HR, Performance Management System
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after HR operations.
∎ Travelling
∎ • Overall responsibility of arranging international and domestic travel.
∎ • Issuance of VISA and necessary immigration formalities
∎ • Issuance of Foreign Currency for international travel
∎ • Creating travel folders for all managers with all necessary details
∎ • Liaise with third party service providers for meet and greet services
∎ • Passport renewal and issuance.
∎ Visitors/ Guests
∎ • Overall responsibility starting from arrival to departure
∎ • Hotel confirmation, transport, pick/ drop, Express Check in, Flight confirmation etc.
∎ • Constantly monitor and follow up their stay and return details.
∎ Expatriate Management
∎ • Overall responsibility starting from visa requirement, work permit, security clearance, housing, schooling of children, domestic staff, transportation, furniture and fixtures, cars etc.
∎ Office Equipment & Stationary
∎ • Receive demands from the managers; place order & collection; keep records of repair and maintenance and payments.
∎ • Comparing quotes and issuing purchase orders.
∎ Courier Service (International & Domestic)
∎ • Receive & dispatch courier mails, process to collect mails / parcels from customs, follow up of the international mails (DHL, FEDEX, TNT etc.)
∎ • Manage & maintain household items for expatriate managers and maintain records.
∎ Telephone & Mobile
∎ • Maintain records of Telephone & Mobiles, collection of bills and ensure timely payment, maintain constant liaison with Telecom Operators and T & T department.
∎ Transport
∎ • Supervise repair and maintenance of the vehicles, maintain records, dispose of vehicles, selling them through auction, arrangement of fuel.
∎ • Maintaining documentation and track on maintenance budgets of company vehicle
∎ • Keeping all transport related documents up-to-date like fitness, Tax and Insurance
∎ • Liaison with third party for pull car or rented vehicle
∎ • Supervision and monitoring of the office drivers deployed in the CO
∎ Personal Service
∎ • Overall responsibility of Corporate Office (GO)
∎ • Liaising with landlord for monitoring / maintenance of the generator, lift & other building related issue
∎ • Cleaning and maintenance of Corporate Office
∎ • Provisions of tea / coffee and maintenance of the pantry rooms & canteen
∎ • Provisions and maintenance of the plants
∎ • Electrical maintenance
∎ • Maintenance of the toilets
∎ • Repair/ maintenance of the Corporate office
∎ • Maintain liaison with the local authorities
∎ Security & Safety
∎ • Supervision and monitoring of the security personnel deployed in the CO & bodyguard deployed with management.
∎ • Monitoring and supervision of receptionist
∎ • Supervision of security functions
∎ • Supervision of fire safety equipment
∎ Preparation & Payment of Bills
∎ Telephone, Mobile, Electricity, Gas, Water, Cable Network, Filling Station bill, Paper bill, Security bill, Flower supply bill, Plant bill, Pantry room related bills (coffee, tea, mineral water etc.), Emergency purchase bills, third party related bills, Hotel bills and any other.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in any reputed Group of Industries/Companies or in any renowned multinational company.
∎ Should have very good command over English.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 - 45000 (Monthly)
∎ During interview, there will be given opportunity to mention expected salary. Candidates who`s expected salary matching with their qualification, skill & experience with our requirements shall be given priority.
