Must Have Hotel & Resort, Hospital Project Hand Over Portpolio with Project Overview.
Experience working in Hotel & Resort, Hospital Project an Interior & Exterior Design or Architecture firm will be highly preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop design concepts, layouts, and mood boards.
Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using design Layout.
Develop creative, functional and aesthetically appealing interior & Exterior design concepts based on Hotel & Resort and Hospital Current Global Standard.
Select furniture, materials, lighting, and finishes that meet design and budgetary standards.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and CRM Department to execute design plans.
Maintain project documentation, timelines, and client communications.
Prepare high-quality 3D interior designs, photorealistic renders and professional presentations.
Keep up to date with current interior design trends and materials.
Prepare detailed 3D models for Hotel & Resort, Hospital projects.
Prepare detailed drawings and presentations for client approval.
Supervise on-site implementation and ensure design accuracy.
Manage project timelines and track progress.
Stay updated with current design trends and innovations.
Prepare Project Project Related Interior & Exterior Working Related BOQ.
Coordinate with architectural, engineering and project execution teams.
Project Execution As Per Design.
Any Other Task Assign By The Management .
