Job Context:
∎ DRAGON Acrylic SPINNING is a sister concern of DRAGON GROUP . one of the leadng industrial unit in Bangladesh engaged in sweater production and export business. The group is mainly engaged in textile sector. Looking for a personnel in the position of `Manager-Maintenance` with minimum 10 years` experience in the related field.
∎ Job location - Mia Bazaar, Comilla

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work & repair Spinning Machine under Maintenance Department.
∎ To maintain all Textile machineries including breaker, re breaker, roving , ring, twisting , doubling , finishing.
∎ Handling complete machine maintenance activities.
∎ Experience on all types of Machine Modification.
∎ Up gradation for better running performance.
∎ To take care of stock and arrange spare (Local & Foreign) by indent.
∎ To ensure Maintenance schedule check and in likely maintenance for reduce break down.
∎ To ensure overall machine maintenance to control any abnormal situation.
∎ To communicate with other section/department on issue regarding power supply.
∎ To follow up the daily machine status.
∎ To Ensure proper Utilization of subordinate man, method & Material and its related accessories.
∎ To establish and maintain safety rules.
∎ To make a plan for the development of Maintenance section.
∎ To minimize NPT (Non-Productive Time) at a minimum level. Manage the team to ensure machine availability, re-actively managing dysfunctional machinery with shift management.
∎ Ensuring that all equipment is in safe working order in line with current regulations. Ensuring that all certificates of compliance are maintained and up to date in accordance with relevant legislation.
∎ Responding quickly to any emergencies. Involved in the hiring on maintenance personnel.
∎ Running a preventive maintenance program that will minimize service repairs in the long run. Building up maintenance teams.
∎ Perform any other works assigned by higher management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 40 years
∎ Over 10 year's in repair & Maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Experience in working spinning mills will get preference.

Salary: Negotiable
