Responsibilities & Context: Responsibilities & Context: Attending customers` complaints and queries through phone calls, emails, or others. Different brand of Router, Switch, OLT configuration necessarily. Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices. Create documentation and network maps and assist Project Engineering with network expansion. Providing remote and onsite technical supports to the clients inside or outside of office. Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network faults. Logging in, following up, and updating customer complaints, system faults, and other incidents in the trouble ticketing system Must have sound knowledge of Mikrotik router for manage and troubleshoot. Network performance monitoring by variety of tools. Including bandwidth usage, latency, and packet loss checking, responsible for identifying and resolving any network issues that may arise. When network problems occur, responsible for troubleshooting the problem and finding a solution. Always focus on client satisfaction during communication.
