Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Diagnose vehicle issues accurately using advanced diagnostic tools·
∎ Assist technicians with troubleshooting and complex repair procedures.
∎ Review and validate repair work to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
∎ Ensure that complaints are handled immediately/same day.
∎ Ensure that the correct pricing is provided.
∎ Job card opening and closing in the system in the proper way.
∎ Ensure that existing processes are followed for the customer satisfaction.
∎ Visit and monitor corporate clients to improve business revenue.
∎ Ensure that monthly sales/revenue targets are met as per the budget.
∎ To coordinate with inventory staff to ensure proper storage of necessary parts.
∎ Evaluate & monitor the operation parameters and take immediate corrective action.
∎ Identify & implement various measures to improve efficiency of the machineries.
∎ Ensure to submit all reports in the proper time scale as agreed by management.
