Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Sales Representative (SR) with proven field sales experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting retail shops, collecting orders, and achieving monthly sales targets. This role requires dedication, professionalism, and strong communication skills to maintain and grow customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
1. Visit 20–30 retail shops daily to promote products.
2. Collect orders and ensure smooth delivery coordination.
3. Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
4. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide market feedback.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience.
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
HSC or equivalent education.
Willingness to travel extensively.
