∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Excellent communication skills, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement, Chemical Industries, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Engineering Firms, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales targets as per the Sales plan of construction chemicals and epoxy-PU floor coating.
∎ Regular follow-up of sales orders and payments.
∎ Project Planning, Monitoring, and Handover.
∎ Make invoice and Bill collection
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Market reports on sales.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
∎ Manage sales including preparing Area wise sales targets.
∎ Plan, organize and monitor the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objective
∎ Plan, develop & implement sales operations in the organization
∎ Implement and evaluate product launching and promotional activities
∎ Keep the team member motivated to attain any assigned job.
∎ Develop proper forecast planning and inventory management at the depot and customer level
∎ Build strong network building in the segment of Traders and End-users.
∎ Develop strategic sales plan to exploit potential regional markets
∎ Keep up to date information of competitor's products and ensure fair communication from customers to Management and Management to Customers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Motorcycle Driving
Salary: Negotiable
