∎ Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
FTIR, GMP, HPLC, Pharmaceuticals, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure sampling of raw materials,intermediate / bulk products, packaging components and finished products in accordance with approved protocol.
∎ Schedule, coordinate and perform a wide variety of Quality Control tests in accordance with approved protocol.
∎ Ensure the development, implementation and maintenance status of quality control instruments and activities.
∎ Participate in validation protocols of manufacturing sites and equipment.
∎ Provide knowledge and training to the subordinate colleagues on the application of the internal and external regulatory requirements.
∎ Carry out instrumental Quality Control tests according to methods of analysis.
∎ Conducts internal audits on department test methods and activities to confirm compliance and to identify improvement.
∎ Design laboratory requirements with respect to facilities, equipment and instrumentation.
∎ Maintain laboratory equipment in line with preventative maintenance schedules.
∎ Develop and revise laboratory procedures in accordance with current testing guidelines and good manufacturing procedures.
∎ Prepare of documentation including validation protocols, reports and associated deviations.
∎ Release products from testing once all criteria are met, as specified in the procedures and testing specifications.
∎ Additional duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Must have strong interpersonal communication skill and leadership in controlling Lab operations.
∎ Must have positive attitude in meeting workload and deadlines.
∎ Must have profound knowledge in operating and calibrating of Hi-Tech QC instruments - HPLC, FTIR, Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, Karl Fischer, UV, Muffle furnace as well as all common general instruments.
