Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must be conversant on Project Management, correspondences with the management, customers and so on.
∎ Perform engineering duties in planning, designing & overseeing construction & maintenance of building structures
∎ Conduct engineering surveys for the selected works by the central management.
∎ Ensuring work-in-progress, construction related problem solving, site visit, weekly/monthly meeting with related heads & project development activities.
∎ Ensure construction quality, hand over time & Services.
∎ Assess the work activities for which labour-based construction methods are appropriate and for those sections for which heavy machinery is appropriate; establish a cost estimate for the rehabilitation and construction works for roads & bridges;
∎ Review the contractor's work programmes, resource, schedule and project implementation plans and ensure that the contractors/site supervisors comply with their work plans and complete the work within the specified time frame;
∎ Supervise contractors on site, ensuring that the works meet the highest standards
∎ Assess and evaluate the contractor's performance and resources;
∎ Pursuit project information from departments, contractors and fields.
∎ Any other job as per management's requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 15 years experiences Civil Engineering, Project Management, Civil Construction and Implementation are preferable.
∎ Experience of working in hill-track areas will be preferred.
