Educational Requirements:

∎ B.Sc. in EEE/ Mechanical Engineering.
∎ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineer.
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD Designing, Fire and Safety, Fire Protection and Detection System, Fire Safety Audit
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
consulting Firms, Design drawing, Engineers, Fire Protection and Detection System, Fire Safety Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Consulting Firms, Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the FDS & FPS Installation Work as per NFPA/ BNBC Standard.
∎ Capable of all safety related design drawing study, analysis.
∎ Should have well knowledge on Auto CAD 2D and 3D.
∎ Should have knowledge about NFPA/ BNBC/RSC/ NIRAPON standard.
∎ Make a pre plan for installation work & share with higher authority at time to time.
∎ Weekly arrange a meeting with team members & motivate them to dominate their best.
∎ Efforts for the date line of completion work with cost effective way.
∎ Properly done the testing and commissioning work for the both system.
∎ Good communication skill is preferable for the work.
∎ Strongly handle the materials & worker safety.
∎ Submit the project report at your supervisor time to time.
∎ Capable to prepare all documents as per RSC/ Elevate and others 3rd party requirements.
∎ Prepare related supporting documents i.e. testing commissioning documents, project report, calculation, site visit report etc.

∎ Candidates must have sound knowledge on Building & Fire safety Standards of RSC/ NIRAPON/ BNBC & Fire Service Rules to make the remediation work in RMG sector.
∎ Candidates must have sound knowledge on preparing Fire Safety Plan/ Report.
∎ Capability of making Fire Separation, Fire Detection & Fire Protection System design-drawing according to the rules of BNBC and NFPA standard.
∎ If candidates have MIEB NO. He will be get preferences.
∎ Have ability to work under pressure.
∎ Candidates must have ability to work at site.
∎ Should be fit for traveling.
∎ Manage the client and handle the Installation team member.
∎ Properly hand over the project after completion work.
∎ Must be knowledge about the Microsoft office, Adobe acrobat DC& Auto-Cad.
∎ Have ability to work under pressure.
∎ Estimate & BOQ for both system.
