Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare appropriate promotional plans and strategies on assigned products.
∎ Generate ideas in changing and developing promotional strategies and programs.
∎ Improve the profitability of existing products where possible.
∎ Monitor the competitor marketing and sales promotional strategies and submit regularly.
∎ Frequently doctor and field visit for the field development.
∎ Train the field force on assigned products.
