Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Pharm with MBA in Marketing/ B.Pharm with MBA in Marketing/ M.Pharm.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Strategic Marketing Plan for the assigned portfolio and formulate Marketing Plan for the assigned brands.
∎ Design effective promotional campaigns to achieve the target of assigned products and provide promotional support timely & monitor the output of promotional campaign.
∎ Monitor competitors' activities regularly and provide strategic guidelines and analytical support to FFs on assigned brands.
∎ Conduct product training correlating human body system in details and act as a mentor of assigned brands to FFs.
∎ Propose new product considering market demand and business potentiality.
∎ Prepare comprehensive and pragmatic launch plan of new products and ensure timely launching.
∎ Arrange and conduct Medico-Marketing Campaigns like Clinical Meeting, Seminars, as part of CME & also arrange different types if doctor's meeting on assigned brands
∎ Visit KOL and other target doctors regularly to build relationship and loyalty.
∎ Handle doctor's technical query on assigned products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Fresh M. Pharm candidates can apply however 1 to 3 years experience in PMD is preferable
∎ Experience in ophthalmic, CNS, respiratory and cardiac portfolio will be preferred.
∎ Computer literacy and good presentation skill.
∎
∎ Very good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
